Oppo, The Chinese mobile company, which is doing its business successfully in India faced a major backlash in it’s Noida office after one of the employees; a Chinese National throws the National Flag into a dustbin. This incident once again puts a question mark on the importance of Indian Nation. People immediately rushed over there with National flags in their hands showing protest against the issue of disrespecting National Flag. This incident got reported from Sector 63 where the Noida office of Oppo is located.

Now, there is a strong buzz on social media where the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath is being asked to look into the matter.

Earlier this year Amazon, the popular e-commerce company from Canada faced serious troubles after it was found they were selling Indian flags on the platform.

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj quickly responded to the issue and requested the company to remove the content immediately as it was hurting Nation’s respect. They also apologized for the happening and they proposed an unconditional apology for destroying respect of Indian National Flag.

Atul Bhobe first twitted the picture of doormats featuring the Indian tricolored flag as the base design. This gave rise to a big buzz in the society and the company really apologized for the incident putting a negative impact on their reputation.

Now, it’s time to see what Oppo would do to handle this situation where a Chinese National throws the national flag. Although there is strong confirmation for the confrontation. The Phase-3 police filed a case against the Chinese National, who is employed as a production manager in the company. Senior superintendent of police, Gautam Budh Nagar, Dharmendra Singh says, “A case of disrespecting the national flag has been filed on the basis of a complaint by three company employees. We have not arrested anyone in this connection yet and investigations are in progress. Action will be taken after a thorough probe. We are in touch with the company employees.”
